Nine B’s Head Chef, Stewart Westwater, has crafted a delicious range of dishes that feature high-quality ingredients to guarantee the best flavours. Our menus feature an array of Leicestershire favourites, including award-winning pies by family-run farmers and pie makers Brockleby’s Pies and cured meats from Tempus Foods, which was founded my Masterchef winner Dhruv Baker and runner-up Tom Whitaker.
